10 Min Yoga for Burnout, Stress & Anxiety is a very low key relaxing stretch routine from Sara Beth. Though the picture associated with this workout shows Sara doing child’s pose, there is no child’s pose in this practice. It is short and relaxing. Perfect to add onto the end of any workout to wind yourself down and stretch yourself out. Or just do it any time you need to calm down and release stress. In addition to the feel good stretches done in this workout, you also get Sara’s calming voice, talking to you throughout with form pointers and about how to treat yourself with compassion.

  1. Sit cross-leg on mat, eyes closed while Sara talks
  2. Tilt head/ear toward shoulder stretching neck; extend other arm out to side to deepen stretch
  3. Still sitting cross leg, do a spinal twist, looking behind you
  4. Seated figure 4 stretch (hands on mat behind hips, one ankle crossed over other knee)
  5. Lay on back, feet close to glutes, raise hips into bridge
  6. Still laying on back, knees still bent, place soles of feet together and open knees into reclining butterfly; reach arms overhead with hands together above head (arms rest on floor)
  7. Return to sitting cross leg with hands in prayer and eyes close while Sara talks
