10 Minute Deep Stretch Yoga Routine for healing Stress, Anxiety & Trauma is more of a relaxation session from Sara Beth. Very basic. Sara recently wrote a book about using yoga for healing and this practice is obviously in line with that. While you are holding the poses, Sara talks to you about feeling your emotions and forgiving. It is a very soothing practice. Sara’s voice is always calming. I love her practices. Even though today is my recovery day, the workouts I did before this were not easy, so it felt really good to actually relax and recover during this session. Sara does give you some stretches that focus on the lower body and you hold them for a long time but mostly this is more of a meditation. It is a lovely way to end any workout.

10 Minute Deep Stretch Yoga Routine for healing Stress, Anxiety & Trauma is 10:35 minutes. The last minute is Sara telling you about her new book, Trauma Alchemy. Equipment: fitness mat.

  1. Lay on back on mat with knees bent and feet on mat
  2. Figure 4 stretch for approximately 1:30 minutes
  3. Repeat #2
  4. Reclining butterfly for approximately 2 minutes
  5. Fetal position for approximately one minute
  6. Sit cross-leg with hands in prayer for approximately 50 seconds
