20 minute Full Body Mobility Morning Yoga | Feel Good is a very nice flexibility and mobility workout from Sara Beth Yoga. Sara takes you through a vinyasa flow first slowly, holding each pose for a few breaths, then you run through it again at a brisker pace. It is a very nice, feel good yoga flow. There are no advanced or complicated poses. After running through the flow twice on each side of the body, Sara finishes you off with a few more poses to stretch you out a little deeper. This is a feel good practice but it is also an active practice. Nothing that will make you break a sweat though.

I love SaraBeth’s videos. I’ve been adding on 1 or 2 sessions to my workouts each week to help improve my flexibility and for deeper stretching. Thanks so much for turning me on to her! 😁

You’re welcome! There are some other YT yogis I enjoy but Sara is the one I seem to gravitate to lately.
