I haven’t created a rotation on this blog in a long time. Since I recently created lists of the Best of (in my opinion) Cathe Live workouts, I decided to also create a Cathe Live rotation that uses only workouts from the Best of Lists. So if you are new to Cathe Live and find my list of the “best of” useful, then perhaps this rotation will also be be useful. I have a lot more strength workouts than cardio workouts on the Best of List so most of the cardio workouts are repeated at least once during this rotation but nothing else is repeated. And since it is only 4 weeks, I could not fit all of the workouts into this rotation. Enjoy!

I LOVE your posts, and we are like-minded I feel!! I’ve been a Cathe fan for 20yrs, and adore Cathe Live. I’ve been in a workout rut lately & this rotation is just what I need!! Thanks for all your hard work!
