Cathe Live: Low Impact Cardio HIIT

Low Impact Cardio HIIT is a short but intense and effective cardio workout from Cathe Live. I really enjoyed this workout. Cathe put together some of my favorite low impact exercises in this workout. I feel like I got an excellent workout. The only equipment needed is set of light dumbbells. Cathe uses 5 pound dumbbells; I used 8 pound dumbbells. I do think the heavier dumbbells increased the intensity. Because you move so quickly it would be hard to use dumbbells much heavier than that. I used this workout as a doubles workout (second workout of the day) and it was perfect for that.

Low Impact Cardio HIIT is 34:30 minutes long; 5:30 minute warm up and 3:30 minute stretch. Cathe has a set of 5 pound dumbbells; I used 8 pound dumbbells. It aired live on 3/16/17 and here is the video clip.
