10 MIN Rebounder CARDIO | All Levels Trampoline at Home Workout

I love these short rebounder workouts! This morning I used 10 Min Rebounder Cardio as a sort of warm up before doing a longer, more intense rebounder cardio workout. Michelle Briehler has created a few of these short but fun workouts that can be used as add ons. There are no complicated or advanced moves. Just some fun, easy to learn combos to get your heart pumping. According to my Apple Watch I only burned 86 calories, but it warmed me up nicely for a more intense workout that had a short warm up.

10 Min Rebounder Cardio is 12:09 minutes; 40 second intro, no warm up and 25 second cool down. There is a progress bar in the upper right hand corner of the screen counting down the workout time as a percentage.

  1. Basic bounce swinging arms forward and back
  2. Scissor runs
  3. Jumping jacks w/ staggered arms (arms raise to sides in a T then overhead then back to a T then down to sides)
  4. Hopping hip twist to one side 4x and 4x to other side
  5. Repeat #1-4 two more times
  6. Repeat #1
  7. Hip/heel shift hop
  8. Scissor runs to single-single-double pattern
  9. Jump/jack legs in then out then in 2x then out then in then out 2x (single-single-double pattern)
  10. Lateral hops to single-single-double pattern, alternate raising one arm overhead
  11. Repeat #1
  12. Repeat #8-10 two more times
  13. Repeat #1
  14. Repeat #12
  15. Repeat #1
  16. Repeat #4 but only 2 to each side
  17. Hopping hip twists (singles side to side)
  18. Alternating heel digs to the side, raise both arms when tapping heel forward
  19. 4 knee raises (same leg) raising arms overhead when knee raises, repeat on other leg
  20. Repeat #19 but only 2 each leg
  21. Repeat #1
  22. Repeat #18-20
  23. Alternating knee raises
  24. Repeat #1
  25. Repeat #18 & 19
  26. Repeat #7
  27. Repeat #1
  28. Double scissor runs
  29. Double jacks, arms open and close in a chest fly
  30. Ponys (alternating heel digs across body)
  31. Repeat #27-30 three more times
