Earth & Owl: Taylor Swift “Opalite” Rebounder Workout | 4 Minute Mini Trampoline Routine

This is a short rebounder routine from Nikki @ Earth & Owl set to Taylor Swift’s new release. It is so short that it is a perfect little add on workout. Since many of Nikki’s workouts have neither warm ups or cool downs/stretches, I used this as a warm up before doing one of her other more intense workouts. I’m not a Swifty but this is a pretty catchy song. I really enjoyed this short little burst of cardio. It was a lot of fun. None of the moves are complex or difficult to do. Just a short, fun burst of cardio set to a very catchy song.

Opalite Rebounder Workout is 4:13 minutes; no warm up or cool down. Everything is done on the rebounder so no shoes are required.

  1. Basic bounce swinging arms forward and back
  2. Alternating heel digs to the side while lifting arms up to the side in a T in time w/ feet
  3. Double hop forward and back
  4. Alternating knee raise hop, punch opposite arm to the front when knee raises
  5. Alternating front kicks while punching both arms overhead
  6. Repeat #1-5
  7. Alternating marching heel lifts
  8. Low jog
  9. High knee jog
  10. Sprint
  11. Repeat #4 & 5
