This is a short rebounder routine from Nikki @ Earth & Owl set to Taylor Swift’s new release. It is so short that it is a perfect little add on workout. Since many of Nikki’s workouts have neither warm ups or cool downs/stretches, I used this as a warm up before doing one of her other more intense workouts. I’m not a Swifty but this is a pretty catchy song. I really enjoyed this short little burst of cardio. It was a lot of fun. None of the moves are complex or difficult to do. Just a short, fun burst of cardio set to a very catchy song.
Opalite Rebounder Workout is 4:13 minutes; no warm up or cool down. Everything is done on the rebounder so no shoes are required.
- Basic bounce swinging arms forward and back
- Alternating heel digs to the side while lifting arms up to the side in a T in time w/ feet
- Double hop forward and back
- Alternating knee raise hop, punch opposite arm to the front when knee raises
- Alternating front kicks while punching both arms overhead
- Repeat #1-5
- Alternating marching heel lifts
- Low jog
- High knee jog
- Sprint
- Repeat #4 & 5
