Kick Butt Kickboxing is a great cardio kickboxing workout. Definitely not the most intense kickboxing workout I’ve ever done, but it was fun and gave me a good workout. It is made up of punching and kicking drills (but no punch/kick drills) and some cardio bursts. I wore 2 pound weighted gloves to increase intensity. Jessica did a lot more kicking in this workout than she has in her other YouTube kickboxing workouts (at least the ones I’ve done) and I really like that. It had great music, too, but sometimes it was so loud I could barely hear Jessica’s voice.
Kick Butt Kickboxing is 35:30 minutes long w/ 3:30 minute stretch. I’m not going to break this workout down since it is steady state cardio. It is made up of primarily punch drills and some kick drills but no punch/kick combos.
