15 Minute Full Body Yoga Stretch | Standing Yoga Routine is a yoga routine from Sara Beth that includes standing exercises only. It is not an advanced or complicated practice and it includes basic standing yoga poses. It does do a great job stretching you out and giving you some strength work. There are no advanced poses but Sara does show variations for some of the poses–sometimes making the pose easier and sometimes making it more challenging. Though this is not “active” yoga, I do like to end any workout I do, whether cardio, strength or yoga, with a relaxing stretch, and this doesn’t end in a relaxing way (at least IMHO). So I combined this with Sara’s 10 Minute Simple Slow Stretch, which did an excellent job winding me down after this practice.
15 Minute Full Body Yoga Stretch | Standing Yoga Routine is 15:34 minutes; it is actually 14:30 minutes. The last minute is Sara talking about her app.
