10 Minute Mood Booster Rebounder Workout is the second positive affirmation rebounder workout Sydney @ Jump & Jacked has created. I have not done the first one yet. I actually though it was part 2 to another workout of hers that I did do: Let Go of Perfection. I liked that one a lot and it had some really good music in it. I wasn’t crazy about the music in this workout. This is a short low intensity cardio workout. Perfect to warm yourself for another workout. Maybe another more intense cardio workout, or maybe before doing some yoga or mobility or foam rolling. According to my Apple Watch I only burned 78 calories. So nothing major but it got me moving and warmed up before I moved on to something more intense.
The exercises are done interval style. Each move is done for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. There is a timer in the lower right hand corner of the screen counting down the intervals and recovery times. During the recovery Sydney previews the next move.
Mood Booster Rebounder Workout is 10:07 minutes; no designated warm up and no cool down/stretch. All moves are done on the rebounder so shoes are not necessary.
- Shift tap side to side
- Glute kicks (alternating hamstring curls with chest fly arms)
- Basic bounce swinging arms forward and back
- Alternating wide leg knee raises
- Toe tap (with legs wide, alternate stepping one foot forward and back)
- Feet drive with arms (like a health bounce but pushing down harder with heels, alternate pushing arms in front of you with palms facing forward)
- Jumping jacks
- Double scissor runs
- Pulse with arms (hopping hip/heel shifts, arms wave side to side overhead)
- Alternating heel digs
