15 Min Outdoor Rebounder Workout is another short rebounder workout from Sydney @ Jump & Jacked. This is a fun cardio workout. It is set in a backyard with dogs zooming around Sydney’s rebounder. One of them (a labradoodle?) got onto the rebounder with Sydney a few times! I don’t listen to much country music but I did like these songs. They were very energetic and worked well with the moves. I really like these short workouts. They give you some good cardio and are perfect add ons to other workouts. I also like to stack them. I put together 3-4 of Sydney’s 10-15 minute workouts giving me a long cardio session. Since her workouts don’t really have warm ups or cool down/stretches, they flow right into each other perfectly. According to my Apple Watch I burned 148 calories. I was already warmed up. This was the second Jumped & Jack workout I did, since I stacked several of Sydney’s short cardio rebounder workouts together for a longer cardio workout.
15 Min Outdoor Rebounder Workout is 14:39 minutes. There is no warm up or cool down/stretch. 4 seconds before a move changes a video appears of Sydney previewing the upcoming move.
