Cardio Jump Workout to Burn Major Calories is another little 10 minute workout from Popsugar. This one is all cardio and as evidenced by the title, there is a lot of jumping! In fact, this is a high impact workout. No major plyometric moves, but every move contains jumping. There is a modifier who does a low impact version of every exercise if you are not into jumping. I really enjoyed this workout and it works very well as an intense little cardio finisher for another workout. I used it today to finish off a Cathe Live metabolic workout.
The workout is led by Anna Render. The video quality is horrible. You have no problem following the workout or seeing what they are doing, but the faces of Anna and her crew are so pixelated you cannot make out facial features or the patterns on their clothes. And I know it wasn’t my TV or Apple TV because Cathe Live came through perfect and this video is also pixelated on my computer. So that’s just a warning. It really didn’t interfere with the actual workout, but it is definitely noticeable.
