1.5 Mile Power Cardio Walk is a basic cardio walking workout from AngieFitnessTV. There are no complicated or super intense moves. It is a steady state cardio walk. I really enjoyed it. I got my steps in and burned 212 calories in 30 minutes. No equipment is needed but I wore a 6 pound weighted vest to increase the intensity.
1.5 Mile Power Cardio Walk is 31:32 minutes; 1 minute intro, no warm up and 4 minute stretch. Each walk based exercise is done for 1 minute. I am not going to break down this workout but it is made up of basic walking steps such as marching in place variations like V steps, traveling in various directions while marching, hamstring curls, upper cuts, tapping out to sides and fast feet. She also does some little extras that increase the intensity like side kicks and front kicks and pulsing lunges.
