This was a very basic cardio walk. In fact, you do more marching forward and backward than anything else but there are other steps. But hey, you’re getting your steps in, right? I wore a 6 pound weighted vest and held a light weight in my good hand (other arm is in a sling) to increase the intensity. Angie had a lot of enthusiasm and energy in this workout.
