30 Minute Full Body Yoga Flow & Stretch is a great yoga practice. It was a feel good flow but not as easy as most of SaraBeth‘s yoga workouts that I choose to do. It is not advanced or anything, but I generally gravitate to her easier workouts. I really enjoyed this though. She does take your entire body through mobility and flexibility using traditional yoga poses. I really needed it because Caroline Girvan‘s workouts have been kicking my butt–especially the workout I did yesterday. My entire lower body is sore from that workout so the stretches in this workout felt really good. Some of the poses like crescent pose–not so much because my quads are sore.
30 Minute Full Body Yoga Flow & Stretch is 31 minutes; it is actually 29:30 minutes. The last 1:30 minute is Sara talking. Equipment: yoga mat. The first minute of the workout is setting your intention. Sara actually has you choose from 4 cards then she turns the card over and that is the intention you focus on for your practice. Sara shows easier modifications for some of the exercises and also shows more advanced versions of some of the exercises.

I like to wear socks with silicone sticky/grippy dots on the soles when I do yoga rather than be barefoot. My friend gifted me a pair of socks by a company called Tucketts. I like how socks cover the whole foot except the toes. I was going to treat myself to a few pairs but when I went to their website the socks are $16 a pair!! Anyway….. Do you know of any other yoga sock brands that are like Tucketts but not so expensive.

Hopefully someone else can give you a suggestion. I wear yoga shoes for yoga. I do wear socks with rubber dots on the bottom for rebounding and I love them. https://www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en/asocks.html They are made by Bellicon and are $10 a pair. But they probably cost as much as Tucketts socks with shipping.
I did search for yoga socks on Amazon and lot of socks came up matching your description. They range fro $6.99 to $20 but most came in sets–so you are getting 3-6 pairs for that price.
