Dance Party on a Mini Trampoline is a fun rebounder workout from Sydney @ Jump & Jacked. It’s short and full of fun cardio moves. There is no talking, just music and you follow along with Sydney. When there is 4 seconds left of a move Sydney previews the upcoming move. All of the music is Olly Murs, whom I have never heard of before this workout. But it was good music!
I love these short workouts. They are perfect to use as a finisher at the end of another workout or as a warm up before something more intense. Either way they can help round out your workout time if you have a time goal. I also love to stack them and create my own cardio workout, which is what I did today. I did this with 3 other short cardio rebounder workouts. These short workouts work great for that because they flow one into the next. With this one and the other 3 I did, my cardio time came to 50 minutes. And to round out my hour, I finished it with Naomi Joy‘s 9 minute rebounder stretch, giving me a great 59 minute workout.

- Glute kick (hamstring curls); add chest fly arms
- March
- Alternating knee raises; add pushing opposite arm overhead
- Repeat #1-3
- Skipping (fast alternating knee raises–but not a run, double hop mat foot when other knee is raised)
- Step touch side to side
- Fast small hip/heel shifts side to side
- High knee jog
- Repeat #5-8
- Alternating heel digs done to bounce hop tempo; fast alternating heel digs
- Basic bounce swinging arms forward and back
- Bounce forward and back while sweeping arms forward then pulling them back
- Hopping heel/hip shifts with alternating front punch arms
- Repeat #10-13
- Alternating kicks on a diagonal; add a cross punch w/ opposite arm
- Alternating toe taps
- Jump in a circle with airplane arms (8 hops in each direction)
- Jack the legs swinging arms forward and back
- Repeat #15-18
