Earth & Owl: Gen X Rebounder Workout | 90s Grunge | Nirvana & Smashing Pumpkins Trampoline Fitness

Gen X Rebounder Workout is a short rebounder workout from Nikki @ Earth & Owl. I am Gen X so as soon as I saw the title I decided to give it a try. It is set to 3 songs. I am not familiar with the Meat Puppets but I am familiar with Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins. The songs were great and this was a fun cardio add on workout. I used it as a warm up before moving on to one of Nikki’s more intense rebounder workouts that does not include a warm up. This one technically doesn’t either but the first few moves are pretty low key. The intensity in this workout builds as the workout progresses. It never becomes super intense though. As I said, perfect for a warm up or add on workout to get in a bit of cardio set to good music.

For this workout Nikki has a man named Danny with her. There is a timer in the upper left hand corner of the screen counting down the total workout time. Each move is done for approximately one minute. When there is about 5 seconds left of a move a video appears in the lower left hand corner of the screen previewing the next move.

Gen X Rebounder Workout is 12 minutes; no designated warm up and no stretch.

  1. March in place
  2. Step side to side
  3. Hopping hip twists
  4. Squat (no jumping)
  5. Double hop forward and back
  6. Double lateral hops
  7. Alternating hopping knee raises
  8. Jack the legs while pushing arms overhead and pulling elbows down
  9. Double scissor runs
  10. Alternating hamstring curls
  11. Step side to side tapping one foot in front of the other, arms alternate punching down when foot taps
