Earth & Owl: 15 Minute Ropeless Jump Rope Rebounder Workout | Creative Weights & Cardio (Low Impact)

15 Minute Ropeless Jump Rope Rebounder Workout is another rebounder workout from Nikki @ Earth & Owl using the ropeless jump rope. The brand Nikki is using is called Crossrope and they are expensive. Anywhere from $129 to $199. I bought my ropeless jump rope years ago and it was much cheaper and still is! Last time I looked (not too long ago since I’ve been doing a lot of these ropeless jump rope rebounder workouts lately), it was only $13.99 on Amazon. When I looked today it is not currently available, but they recommend another one that is only $1 more ($14.99). The Crossrope has weight attachments and Nikki is using the one pound weights. Mine does not have weight attachments. I am sure the weight attachments increase the intensity.

The challenge with using a ropeless jump rope is coordination–swinging the rope while doing some kind of leg combo. It definitely takes some concentration. In this workout you will do the moves first while holding the ropeless jump handles with the ropes pinned somehow, taking coordination out of the picture. Then you do the move while twirling the jump rope. You can definitely feel the difference adding the jump rope makes to the move! As far as cardio, this is not a very intense workout, but like I said, it is all about the coordination. And your arms are getting some work, too.

Each exercise is done for approximately one minute. There is a timer in the upper left hand side of the screen counting down the workout time.
