20 Minute Flexibility Full Body Yoga Stretch | Feel Amazing is very nice, deep stretching yoga practice from Sara Beth. On Sara’s YouTube Community Page, she explains the color coding of her workouts. The background for this one is blue (see associated picture). This means Hatha stretch yoga. Each pose is held for 3-5 breaths. This explains a lot to me! I think her blue Hatha’s are my favorites. This practice felt very good. I felt nicely stretched out by the end.
