Challenging Full Body Rebounder Workout is Nikki @ Earth & Owl’s birthday rebounder workout. The lyrics are explicit in that there are swear words. I am not offended by swearing so it didn’t bother me but I didn’t love the music. The workout itself is a good cardio workout. The title also says “full body”. This is probably because in addition to the cardio moves Nikki throws in push ups, a core move and a plank variation. Each exercise is done for one minute with no rest/recoveries. When there is about 5 seconds left of a move a video appears previewing the next move. You will hear a “ding” when the minute ends and its time to start the next exercise. There is a timer in the upper left hand corner of the screen counting down the workout time. I wore shoes for this workout since for one of the exercises you will have one foot on the floor and for another you are in plank with both feet on the floor.
Challenging Full Body Rebounder Workout is 17:12 minutes; 55 second intro, no warm up or cool down/stretch.
- Scissor runs while punching both arms overhead
- Jump into squat and when you jump out of squat turn hips to side, alternate sides with a squat between each side
- Alternate fast hop tapping feet to front while swinging arms side to side
- Start with one foot on rebounder and one foot on the ground, do one front punch each arm, jump step across to other side of rebounder and repeat
- Lay on back on rebounder with hands behind head, extend straight legs to ceiling, raise head/shoulders, raise and lower straight legs
- Alternating wide leg heel dig hops
- 2 knee raises (same leg) + 2 front kicks (same leg) with a single arm front punch, repeat pattern on other leg
- Push ups with knees on rebounder mat and hands on mat
- Lateral hops, alternate raising arms overhead
- Alternating kicks on a diagonal punching toward leg with opposite hand
- 2 jumping jacks while punching arms overhead + 2 cross punches (same arm), repeat combo punching w/ other arm
- With feet on floor and hands on rebounder mat, alternate straight arm plank with elbow/forearm plank
- Alternating knee raises, punch w/ opposite arm when knee raises
- Alternating insole taps
- Sprint
