Ripped with Ripkins: 10-Minute Cardio Blast | Mini Trampoline Workout

10-Minute Cardio Blast | Mini Trampoline Workout is a fun little finisher cardio workout from Dustin of Ripped with Ripkins. This workout does not have a warm up–you just go straight into the workout so it is perfect to add on to the end of the another workout for some extra cardio. But if this is all you want to do then Dustin also has a great little warm up you can start with, do this workout then finish with another cool down and stretch. AngieFitnessTV has a great 5 minute rebounder stretch. Today I did SanFran Fitness‘s 19 minute Rebounding with Weights workout, then I did this workout and ended with Angie’s stretch. In 36 minutes I burned nearly 300 calories. So this was a great cardio finisher to help give me 30 minutes of cardio. There are some sound problems with this workout but nothing major. The music is so loud that it is hard to hear everything Dustin is saying. However, there are no complicated exercises so it is very easy to follow along.

10-Minute Cardio Blast | Mini Trampoline Workout is 11:12 minutes; 42 second intro, no warm up and no stretch. There is a timer in the upper right hand corner of the screen counting down the 10 minutes. Each exercise is done for one minute.

  1. High knee run
  2. Alternating front insole kicks
  3. Hop forward and back
  4. Hip twist hops
  5. Monkey (wide high knee runs (legs are wide, knees are turned out to sides), arms are open to sides in goal post, bringing elbow to knee when it is raises)
  6. Heel dig runs
  7. Double hip twist hop to side, double hop to front, double hip twist hop to other side
  8. Jumping jacks
  9. Scissor runs
  10. High knee run to pattern: 2 slow + 3 fast
