10 MIN REBOUNDER FUN BOUNCE WORKOUT | Trampoline Cardio at Home | Beginner Friendly

10 Min Rebounder Fun Bounce Workout is a short but fun rebounder workout from Michelle Briehler. It is perfect to warm you up before doing another workout. In fact, that is how I used it the first time I did it. I did this workout then immediately went into Michelle’s 50 Min Rebounder Cardio with Glutes & Core. I cannot give an accurate calorie count for what I burned in this short cardio workout because for some reason my Apple Watch wasn’t picking up my heart rate consistently. This workout starts with easy moves and progresses to more challenging/intense moves. But there are no advanced or super intense moves in this workout. It is all fun and doable.

This workout is set outdoors on what looks like a farm. There are converted silos behind Michelle and chickens running in and out of them and there is a red barn in the background. I even heard a rooster. Michelle was talking through most of the workout but her microphone stopped working near the end.

This workout is done interval style: 40 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. There is a timer in the upper right hand corner of the screen counting down the intervals and recoveries. There is a progress bar just above counting down the workout time as a percentage.

10 Min Rebounder Fun Bounce Workout is 12:19 minutes; 55 second intro, no warm up or stretch. The workout actually ends at the 11 minute mark. The last 1:19 minutes is Michelle talking voice over and then being chased and attacked by the rooster.

    1. Yes, that is true. But you can get a firm bounce with a bungee rebounder, too. That’s one of the benefits of most bungee rebounders–the tension is adjustable. With a spring bounce you get one tension. Spring bound rebounders can be noisy whereas bungee rebounders are quiet and also have a smoother bounce.

  1. Howdy—

Which rebounders do you recommend? I’ve seen types with a bar one can opt to hold onto.

Do they have to be assembled if ordered online? I’m guessing that once I know which ones to look into, I can find them in a brick and mortar store.

    Thanks for the time.

    1. There are a lot of rebounders out there and I have not tried them all so I can’t say which is the best. I personally use a bellicon but it is the priciest of rebounders and there are much cheaper ones out there. What I do recommend is using a rebounder that uses bungees rather than springs. And also finding one that has adjustable bungees–meaning you can buy bungees of different strengths to change your bounce. The strength of your bungees can make a big difference in your workouts. My bellicon arrived mostly assembled. I got the one with folding legs (they lock when in use so there is no danger of collapse). We just unfolded and locked the legs and it was ready to go. I also have a T bar. We just had to slip it into the hole and screw it in. I have more info on rebounders in general on my rebounder page.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Buying a rebounder is one of the best fitness decisions I ever made. I have no regrets and have used mine consistently for 5 years now.
