This is an excellent little rebounder warm up from SanFran Fitness. This one is done by both Claire and Scott Francis. Scott leads the first half of the warm up when you are doing double hops and Claire leads the second half when things speed up to single hops. This was actually a pretty intense little cardio warm up. I used it this morning before doing Claire’s 132BPM Remake part 1 and part 2 and this warm up was actually more intense than the first few exercises of 132BPM Remake part 1! So it definitely warmed me up and got me prepared for a good workout. There is one problem with this warm up. The sound is horrid. I had to crank the volume of my TV up as high as it would go and have the remote nearby so I quickly turn it back down as soon as the warm up was over.
Bounce Fit Warm Up or Add On is 7:47 minutes
- Basic bounce
- Continue basic bounce but with wide legs
- Return to #1 and add swinging arms forward and back
- Repeat #2 but with arm swings
- Double scissor runs
- Double hop forward and backward
- Double hop ski hop side to side
- Double hop hip twists
- Double jacks
- Double hop hip twists (larger twist than #8)
- Double pendulum hops, swinging arms in time with legs
- Double front kick runs
- Double high knee runs
- Double hop to front, quarter turn double jump to side, double hop to front, quarter turn double jump to other side, do bow and arrow arm when facing side
- Repeat #5-14
- Repeat 5-14 again but do singles of everything
- Repeat #16 once more
- Hop shift side to side
- Basic bounce
