10 Minute Power Cardio Workout // No Equipment is a fast paced cardio finisher workout from Heather Robertson. This is the perfect intense little finisher to tack onto the end of any type of workout so you can end it with a burst of cardio. What makes it a perfect is that it is it includes a short lower body stretch at the end. I burned a 105 calories. Not bad for an extra 10 minutes of work. This workout is done interval style. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds with no rests or recoveries. When there is 10 seconds left of each exercise, a small video appears in the upper right hand corner of the screen, previewing the next exercise.

- Butt kick run
- Fast feet
- Jumping jacks
- Sprint in place
- Jump rope (hop side to side with jump rope arms)
- Lateral skaters
- High knee run
- Broad jump the length of your mat then shuffle backward to start
- Alternating front punches
- Full burpee (with push up at bottom)
- Repeat #1-10
