As I mentioned in my review of Jessica’s Calorie Crushing Cardio, this morning I stacked together 4 of Jessica‘s workouts and got an awesome workout that was 68 minutes long. I started with Calorie Crushing Cardio, went right into this workout, directly into Cardio Yoga Flow and ended with 13 Minute Total Body Quick Stretch.
Fastest Fat Blaster is a plyometric HIIT workout–jump training. It worked very nicely in conjunction with Calorie Crushing Cardio–so if you only wanted a 34 minute cardio workout, just doing those two back to back will serve your purposes. They are both intense cardio workouts but this one, because of the plyometrics, you get a bit more recovery between each exercise. At least the first time through. After going through each exercise once, you repeat them all and the second time you get less recovery between exercises. Another fun and intense little workout from Jessica that can be used in so many ways. Use it to finish off a shorter strength workout. Stack together several of Jessica’s cardio workouts for a longer cardio workout. Or use it as a warm up before doing yoga.
Fastest Fat Blaster is 14 minutes long; 3 minute warm up and 1:30 minute cool down/stretch. Jessica calls this a plyometric HIIT cardio workout (jump training).
- Single leg squat (one leg squat and raise knee in front of you when you stand); add jump when standing
- Squat thrust + jump w/ heel click when you stand
- Jump lunge on a diagonal, jump back to center (feet together), jump lunge diagonal in other direction
- Repeat 1-4
