30 Min Full Body Strength Workout is a pure strength workout from Heather Robertson. She really doesn’t have many of these. The majority of her workouts are metabolic in nature, even if they are giving you excellent strength work. Heather almost always throws in one or two (ore more) cardio or metabolic moves. But not this workout. It is a total body strength workout with no cardio bursts. Excellent workout!
This workout is made up of 2 circuits. Each circuit has 5 exercise and is done 3 times. The exercises are all done interval style: 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of recovery. There is a timer in the lower right hand corner of the screen counting down your intervals and recoveries. During the recoveries Heather previews your next exercise.
30 Min Full Body Strength Workout is 37:28 minutes; 2:50 minute warm up and 3:20 minute stretch. Equipment: dumbbells and fitness mat. Heather is using 5, 10, 15 and one 30 pound dumbbell. The weights listed below are what I used.
Circuit 1:
- Deadlifts (40# DBs)
- Bent over rows (30# DBs)
- Toe touches (lay on back with legs extended straight to ceiling, hold one DB in both hands, do crunches, reaching DB up toward feet) (one 15# DB)
- Skull crushers (14# DBs)
- Push ups (Heather is holding DBs for more push up depth, the DBs are also close to her sides so it is narrow and more of a tricep push up)
- Repeat #1-5 two more times
30 second rest
Circuit 2:
- Sumo squat (one 60# DB)
- Glute bridge (lay on mat, knees bent and feet on mat close to glutes, one heavy DB on hips, raise and lower hips) (one 45# DB)
- In & out curls (alternate wide bicep curls with traditional bicep curls) (16.5# DBs)
- Squat & lunge (alternate one squat with one reverse lunge, alternate legs when lunging) (20# DBs)
- Plank hold (hold forearm plank isometrically entire interval)
- Repeat #1-5 two more times

Hey there! Hope you’ve had a good Wednesday!
Besides the repeat of Fierce 2.0 day 3 back/bi, I did a really fun KB workout from Michelle (https://youtu.be/q2agVT_bpNw). I don’t know if you do any of her workouts besides the rebounder, but this was a lot of fun. 30 min flew by!
I’ve been working through Heather’s H3.0 series which, BTW, has been really great! Hoping that Cathe’s STS 2.0 ships soon (the wait has been SO LONG 🤨) and/or Caroline starts posting again (wonder what she’s been up to?). But I’ll continue filling with workouts from both Heather and Caroline in the meantime as there are still plenty I haven’t done yet.

Yes, it is taking Cathe forever but she is posting clips now and from what she said in her Monday newsletter, I suspect it will be shipping soon. I leave for vacation next week and I bet it will be delivered while I am gone. Fingers crossed I can finally start it the beginning of March.
